4. Use of Services

Candidates: apply only to direct jobs, upload CVs

Employers: post jobs and view applications for your own listings

Reed jobs: external; applications go directly to Reed

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Post misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Scrape or copy content without permission

6. Content Ownership

• Users retain rights to their content (CVs, job postings)
• By posting, you grant AIJobRadar a license to operate the service
• AIJobRadar content (site design, API, branding) is copyrighted

7. Third-Party Services

Reed API, SendGrid, Cloudflare used as part of service. External links to Reed: AIJobRadar is not responsible.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

Site provided "as is"

AIJobRadar is not liable for:

• Job outcomes
• Third-party content
• Data loss from misuse or technical issues

9. Termination

• AIJobRadar may suspend or delete accounts for violations
• Users can delete their accounts at any time
